Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has released the admit card for BITSAT 2021 today, i.e. on August 8. Students can download their admit cards from the official website, Students will be required to fill in the application number and password to download their admit cards.

These admit cards are of the students who applied for rescheduling their exam slot as it was clashing with other exams. BITS decided to reschedule the examination after receiving a lot of requests regarding the same. BITS will be conducting the BITSAT 2021 exam for these students tomorrow i.e. on August 9.

BITSAT 2021 is being conducted from August 3 to 9, and the mode of exam is online, i.e., Computer Based Test(CBT).

BITSAT 2021: How To Download Admit Card

  • On the appeared homepage, click on the BITSAT admit card download link.

  • The login window will appear on the screen, students are now required to fill in the application number and password.

  • Admit cards will appear on the screen, students must check all the important information like exam center/date/slot.

  • Now, the students can download the BITSAT 2021 admit card for future reference.

BITSAT 2021 exams will be conducted in three BITS campuses, Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. Students will be allotted to the centers as per their preferences but it is not mandatory that students will get the first preference as their center of examination.

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in Pilani has started its admission test (BITSAT) 2021 from Tuesday. It will end on 9 August. The national-level entrance test is computer-based and held in different shifts.

The duration of the BITSAT 2021 examination is three hours and has 150 multiple choice questions (MCQ).

Slot 2– 2:00 am to 5:00 pm

The institute has shared a few COVID-19 norms and guidelines, which applicants will need to strictly follow:

  • On the day of the exam, candidates are requested to maintain social distance from the point of entry in the BITSAT 2021 exam venue till exit.
  • When appearing for the exam, applicants must bring their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water bottle, a pen with transparent cover, and exam-related documents like (BITSAT admit card 2021, valid photo ID card).
  • Candidates who show COVID-19 symptoms at the exam venue will not be allowed to enter
  • Entry of candidates at the exam venue will be done as per the time slot mentioned in the admit card to maintain social distancing.
  • Before entry into the exam hall, every candidate’s temperature will be checked via a Thermal Gun. Only those will be allowed for the exam whose temperature will be within the acceptable limit
  • On the day of the exam, candidates must bring with them a duly signed BITSAT self-declaration. This needs to be shown to the invigilator or security guard at the entry of the venue
  • Throughout the exam, candidates will be under CCTV surveillance
  • Candidates are requested to report at the exam venue as per the time slot informed through SMS on the registered mobile number that will be given one day prior to the exam date.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science has activated the link to change the exam details for BITSAT 2021 till August 8, 2021. Candidates can make changes in exam dates/ slots/ centres till 9.30 am on August 8. The changes can be done through the official site of BITSAT on

This facility is for those students who were facing problems appearing for the BITSAT exam due to a clash with other exams. The Institute has decided to conduct the examination for such students on August 9, 2021 at few select centres. The hall ticket for the same students will be available on August 8, 2021 at 11 am.

BITSAT Correction Window 2021

Before releasing the hall tickets for the exam, the applicants get one more opportunity to correct the mistakes on their application form. The candidates can access the BITSAT correction window 2021 from the official website by using their login details credentials. Re-submit the form with zero error and be assured of receiving the BITSAT call letter.

BITSAT Exam Centre Allotment & Slot Booking 2021

BITSAT 2021 Result

The authorities have announced BITSAT result 2021 online through the official website on August 5. BITSAT 2021 result is announced in two steps, the exam conducting authority has released the score obtained by candidates along with the number of correctly and incorrectly responded questions.

However, being aware of personal performance in BITSAT 2021 shall not be of much help for candidates unless they get to know if they have qualified the exam and if they are eligible for admission or not. Thus the authorities will release the list of candidates eligible for admissions which is called a ‘waitlist or admission list’.

BITSAT Admission For Board Toppers

The authorities have provided a special provision for the class 12 toppers of the various state as well as central boards of education which makes them exempt from appearing for the BITSAT exam. However, such students are only exempted from BITSAT 2021 and not from the other eligibility criteria.

BITSAT 2021 Exam Centres

BITS Pilani has released the names of cities wherein there are various exam conducting centres. While filling the BITSAT exam form, candidates are required to opt the cities in the order of their preference only for appearing in the BITSAT 2021 exam. Once the slots are booked by candidates, the BITSAT admit card that shows on the screen shall contain the BITSAT 2021 exam centre so allotted to the candidate.

BITSAT Slot Booking 2021

BITS, Pilani had provided BITSAT slot booking from July 17 to 27. The authorities do not conduct the BITSAT 2021 exam on a single day but the exam is conducted in several days and slots. Thus, registered candidates have to choose the preferred slot for appearing in the BITSAT exam. The slot so booked by candidates shall reflect in the admit card that follows the BITSAT slot booking process. It may be noted that slot booking shall be allowed on a ‘first come first serve’ basis only, therefore, registered candidates should not delay and book the slots quickly when the BITSAT 2021 slot booking commences.

BITSAT 2021 Syllabus

A valid BITSAT score is a basic eligibility for participating in the counselling process and candidates were required to enter their choice of courses and campus for admission. As the process is done in online mode, candidates were also be required to take a print out of their choices after registration and send the other documents to the concerned authorities. As there are six rounds of BITSAT 2021 counselling conducted, allotment of seats is made depending upon candidates’ performance in BITSAT 2021 and also the availability of seats in the course and institute so preferred by the candidates.

JEE Main 2022 Eligibility criteria is that

Admission Criteria for IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs


For admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, the candidates should have secured minimum 75% marks There is relaxation for the students belonging to SC/ST category (65% for SC/ST category) or should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.

For B.Arch

Should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent examination.


As per the BITSAT eligibility criteria, candidates need to qualify 12th class with the minimum required marks and subjects.

Candidate should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board.

Minimum 75% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.


Marks needed in qualifying exam

He/She must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam.

However, the minimum percentage marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST category, Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern states is 50%.
